New Mexico Medical Psilocybin Act

The New Mexico Medical Psilocybin Act is moving forward, with the regulatory process being developed through Advisory Board and Committee meetings. There's still a long road ahead, but so far the process has been notably harmonious, well-informed, and focused on providing quality care to as many people as possible.

Meetings are open to everyone — New Mexico residents and non-residents alike — but you must register in advance. Be sure to have the Microsoft Teams app installed. Attendees participate by audio only.
